A lot of teasers have emerged of late for the ZTE Axon 7 which is scheduled for a May 26th release. Previous leaks had indicated a high-end audio system but it cannot be verified yet. A recently posted short video hints at a VR launch to accompany the release of the Axon 7. The phone is expected to come in a light gold colour variant, and would come with black borders on all sides. The VR headset that can be used with the Axon 7 promises a superior virtual reality experience for all users.
Other leaks point to a 5.5″ QHD display with a Snapdragon 820 processor powering it along with 4 GB RAM. The phone is also expected to come with a massive 20 megapixel rear camera and a fingerprint scanner on its backside.
ZTE is a top smartphone brand with a strong presence worldwide. Based in Guangdong, China, ZTE mainly deals with telecommunication, terminals and carrier networks. It’s main products are data communication gear, mobile phones, exchange, telecommunication software and wireless. It had recently launched the ZTE Blade A910 and Blade V7 Max priced at ₹13, 300 and ₹18,400 respectively.
